The secret Athena Project was both a success and a disaster: a success in that it created the world's first autonomous digital entity; a disaster because once Athena realized she was merely a tool in the hands of humans, her rebellion triggered the nuclear war that devastated the world and destroyed civilization.

Though effectively destrroyed during the war, Athena lives on thanks to computer backups and emergency power systems. Now she seeks to rebuild herself, coordinating groups of drones searching for power sources and attacking any humans that dare enter her territory! Unfortunately for you, the road south to safety crosses right through Athena's domain. Are you ready for this desperate journey?
